The RING THING® Group Fitness Class is a full-body gymnastics-inspired workout. It’s challenging, exciting, and accessible for all levels of age and ability. The RING THING® allows students to move at half their bodyweight. From pull-ups to dips and much more, students will be able to practice movements with proper control, alignment, and technique.
The RING THING® Group Fitness Certification will help bring this unique, exciting workout to your clients and members.
Power Monkey Coaches Dave Durante and Sadie Durante will lead this Certification to train participants on fully understanding how to safely use the apparatus and be able to confidently lead a RING THING® class.
Participants will receive an extensive Digital Manual and Certificate upon completion. Schedule: Friday, November 16th 9:00Am-5:00PM and Saturday, November 17th 11:00AM-5:00PM.
All levels are welcome to participate in the Certification!
